I started building acoustic instruments around 2009 as a hobby. I build guitars, mandolins, ukuleles, and bouzoukis at the rate of roughly 6 – 8 instruments per year. My goal is to use non traditional woods when possible such as sycamore, hickory, and river birch to expand the appreciation for broader options in the construction of acoustic guitars.
I hope to expand the hobby upon retirement from my primary job.
